At Grand Valley Surgical Center, we accept almost all major healthcare providers, including Medicare Part B and Colorado Medicaid. If you have a question on GVSC’s participation in a particular plan or whether your procedure is covered, please call 970-298-7800 extension 3 with your CPT code (procedure code) and your insurance card in hand between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (MST)

Because there are many different insurance plans, it is your responsibility to verify your coverage. All billing inquiries can be directed to the Grand Valley Surgical Center Business Office. The number to call is 1-855-330-9545. If you need to send correspondence, this can be directed to:

OBTAINING ESTIMATES OF CHARGES

There will be multiple people caring for you during your surgery. Besides your surgeon & nurse(s), you may also be taken care of by an anesthesiologist. Our anesthesia staff is a part of Anesthesia Consultants of Western Colorado and bill separately from the facility & surgeon. Along with any pathology that may need sent over to the lab. All in all, you may receive three or more bills after your surgery.
